• 🧅 1/2 large onion, thinly sliced
• 🧀 4 slices provolone cheese (or Cheez Whiz for a traditional twist)
• 🫒 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 🧈 1 tablespoon butter
• 🧂 Pinch of salt and black pepper
• 🧄 1 clove garlic, minced (optional)

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Vegetables:
o Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
o Sauté onions and bell peppers until soft and caramelized (about 5–7 minutes).
o Add garlic (if using) and cook for an additional 1 minute.
o Transfer to a plate and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak:
o In the same skillet, add butter and increase heat to medium-high.
o Add thinly sliced steak, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 3–4 minutes, stirring frequently until browned.
o Mix the sautéed vegetables back into the skillet with the steak.
3. Melt the Cheese:
