Instructions:
1. Prepare the Chicken:
o Preheat your oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C).
o Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
o Dip each chicken breast into the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb and Parmesan mixture.
2. Cook the Chicken:
o Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat.
o Cook the chicken breasts for 2β3 minutes per side, until golden brown.
3. Add the Sauce:
o Pour the marinara sauce into the skillet around the chicken.
o Add garlic, basil, and oregano to the sauce.
4. Bake the Chicken:
o Sprinkle mozzarella cheese evenly over the chicken breasts.
