
Baked Salmon with Asparagus

Ingredients:
• 🐟 2 salmon fillets (6 oz each)
• 🥦 1 bunch of asparagus, trimmed~
• 🫒 2 tablespoons olive oil
• 🍋 1 lemon, sliced
• 🧄 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 🧈 2 tablespoons melted butter
• 🌿 1 teaspoon dried dill (or fresh if available)
• 🧂 Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions:
1. Preheat the Oven:
o Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
o Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
2. Prepare the Asparagus:
o Place the asparagus on one side of the baking sheet.
o Drizzle with 1 tablespoon olive oil, season with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly.
3. Prepare the Salmon:
o Place the salmon fillets on the other side of the baking sheet, skin-side down.
