Instructions:
1. Cook the Rice:
o Cook 1 cup of rice according to package instructions.
o Once done, fluff and set aside.
2. Prepare the Vegetables:
o SautΓ© the carrots, spinach, and mushrooms separately in a skillet with a bit of sesame oil and garlic.
o Season each with a pinch of salt and pepper.
o Keep the cucumber raw for freshness.
3. Cook the Beef (or Tofu):
o In the same skillet, cook the beef slices with garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until browned (about 4–5 minutes).
o If using tofu, lightly pan-fry until golden.
4. Prepare the Sauce:
o In a small bowl, mix gochujang, honey, sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and garlic.
o Adjust spice level to taste.
5. Fry the Eggs:
o Fry 2 eggs sunny-side-up in a skillet with a little oil.
