• 🧄 2 cloves garlic, minced
• 🍋 Juice of 1/2 lemon
For the Cranberry Sauce:
• 🍒 1/2 cup fresh or frozen cranberries
• 🍯 2 tablespoons honey or sugar
• 🍋 Juice of 1/2 orange
• 💧 1/4 cup water
• 🌿 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
For Garnish:
• 🌿 Fresh parsley
• 🍋 Lemon wedges

Instructions:
1. Prepare the Turkey Breast:
o Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
o Pat the turkey breast dry with a paper towel.
o Rub it with olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, thyme, rosemary, and garlic.

o Place the seasoned turkey breast in a baking dish.
